1 Describe what it does your role. structure maintenance is a lowly part of Newcastle County Borough Council. We maintain a housing stock of to the highest degree 1200 properties ranging from 1 bed flats to 4 bed houses including nursing homes. twist maintenance is based in the depot where we go a central store which we use for the day to day materials essential for our maintenance jobs. Comprising of 1 senior supervisor, 2 bea supervisors and 12 unremitting foremen these oversee various job requirements, from contracts, void properties and touch jobs.
